Our 2-Year No-Moss Roof Warranty
We stand behind our low-pressure soft-wash roof cleaning process. We guarantee that no moss will re-grow on your roof for 2 full years from the date of completion.
Why We Offer a 2-Year No-Moss Warranty
Unlike high-pressure washing contractors who blast granules off your shingles, we brush moss off by hand and apply a soft wash moss treatment using an ARMA-guideline tested solution. Remaining moss dries out and detaches naturally with rain within 2–3 months, and your roof is protected by our 2-Year No-Moss Warranty.
Guaranteed Re-Treatment
If moss reappears on any treated roof surface within 24 months, we return and re-treat it at zero cost to you.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
Transparent, fair, and straightforward warranty policies for all Metro Vancouver & Fraser Valley homeowners.
1. Residential Contract Coverage
Our 2-year no-moss guarantee applies to all residential single-family roof cleaning contracts. Strata developments, multi-family complexes, and commercial properties are addressed on a job-by-job basis.
2. Moss Re-Growth Protection
Our guarantee covers the re-growth of live moss exclusively. Please note that airborne green or black micro-algae are not classified as moss and are not covered under this specific moss re-growth guarantee.
3. Free Re-Treatment Service
In the unlikely event that moss re-grows on treated areas within the 2-year warranty window, Two Brothers Roof Clean Ltd. will re-treat the affected sections of your roof free of charge.
4. Full Roof Treatment Requirement
This warranty applies exclusively to properties where the entire roof was treated during the initial service. Partial roof cleanings do not qualify as spores can easily migrate from untreated sections.
5. Debris & Organic Accumulation
In the event of heavy leaf or branch accumulation collecting on the roof, Two Brothers Roof Clean is not obligated under warranty to clear non-moss debris, but can clear it upon request at fair market rates.
6. Tree Overhangs & Proximity
We strongly encourage trimming tree branches near your roof line. Overhanging branches or trees within 4 feet create heavy moisture and shade, accelerating organic growth. Roofs with direct tree contact may be exempt from full coverage, though we can recommend local certified arborists.
